In this project, the Austrian Institute for SME Research (KMU Forschung Austria) supported the reorientation of the Vienna Business Agency's funding portfolio against the background of new societal preferences, and thus policy objectives, and the dynamically evolving (business) environment.

As a result, the support portfolio has been schematically restructured, more closely aligned to the different stages of business development, and simplified to make it easier to manage and communicate. An internal monitoring approach was also developed.
